Terms of Service

Last updated: March 5, 2026

These Terms are intentionally short. We want you to actually read them.

1. Who we are

BoomRiddim is operated by Richboy Reid Media ("Richboy Reid Media", "BoomRiddim", "we", "us"), trading as BoomRiddim. We provide a web-based studio environment that helps creators chain third-party AI music tools — generation, vocals, stem separation, mixing, mastering — into a single production workflow (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1a. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, refunds, chargebacks, billing, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT.

When you buy a subscription or other paid item through BoomRiddim, you are also agreeing to Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

Anything you upload, record, generate, or export through the Service — audio, lyrics, project files, stems, presets, prompts ("Your Content") — belongs to you.

You grant BoomRiddim a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, transcode, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you (e.g. saving sessions, rendering exports, sharing stems with collaborators you invite).

We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not sell Your Content. We do not claim ownership of music you make.

4. Third-party AI providers

The Service routes requests to third-party providers such as Suno, Udio, AIVA, Stable Audio, ElevenLabs, Kits AI, LALAL.AI, Moises and LANDR. Their terms, content policies, and licenses also apply when you use their tools through us.

We do not control and are not responsible for outputs returned by third-party providers. Verify that any generated material complies with the relevant provider's terms before releasing or commercializing it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights; (b) generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harass; (c) impersonate another artist's voice or likeness without permission; (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (e) resell access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing cycles, and included usage are shown at checkout. Payments, invoices, tax, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record under Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms).

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid order — see our Refund Policy at /refunds for the full terms and how to request a refund via paddle.net. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including the BoomRiddim name, logo, UI, code, and brand assets — is owned by BoomRiddim and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any rights in the Service to you beyond the right to use it as intended.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, fault-free outputs, or that the Service will meet every creative requirement. Always keep local backups of important sessions and stems.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoomRiddim is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
