Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
BoomRiddim is operated by Richboy Reid Media ("BoomRiddim", "we", "us"). If you are not satisfied with a paid BoomRiddim subscription or one-time purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This applies to your first paid order on the Service.
2. How to request a refund
All BoomRiddim orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also email us at billing@boomriddim.com and we will work with Paddle to process it.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
3. Subscriptions
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Beyond the 30-day window, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but we (and Paddle) will consider partial or full refunds in good faith for accidental renewals, failed service, or other exceptional circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund rights you have under your local consumer law.
